Thanks Grogster, I watched a couple of episodes and found them quite funny. I will possibly watch a couple more over the weekend.

Speaking of colloquialisms, I am always amused by your (Kiwis) use of the word THEN when we would use the word THAN.

Thank gawd. I thought PCness had taken over the entire world. At least it is good to see there are at least two places where reality is still recognized every morning. I got as far as episode 7 before the PC police severed my link. I'll try and come back for more later.

@Lizby....Fair suck of the sauce bottle mate!!!.
Had to have a Captain Cook to see what you were on about.
I had only taken a gander at the first epp.
I do swear sometimes but not quite that.
The Cheese & Biscuits does reckon I am a bit of a Galah at times though.

@ pcaffalldavis - It just about has. I won't post anything more on that subject as text in the thread, as politics can get heated, and Gizmo won't allow it!

(and quite right too)

I was hesitant to post THIS thread, as I figured it might rub someone up the wrong way, cos we are all told that comedy is illegal these days. People USED to be able to take a joke and have a laugh at themselves. Not now though. Enough said.
