Snap programmer - a pickit 4 lite, (half price) anyone tried these ? I am trying to get info (schematic etc) but not much around. The SAM E70 looks good, dp FPU etc, could be a cheap board option. Not much I/O though. |

Lol, I loved my Acrylic nails. (The whole two). Have had two instances in the past few years of belting my thumb & splitting a finger nail with tools. They bloody well catch on everything; & that hurts like hell. In both cases now MrsC has repaired mine with acrylic UV set builder, & it's a god send to be able to drive my hand in my pocket again without the "Ah Sh!#". Cheers. |

Any particular things that would make you prefer it over such as PIC32MZ, STM32, Allwinner chips? John |

They looked like a very cheap practice board, maybe a way to try atmel studio instead of harmony, but I don't know much about them. I think I am getting processor and IDE fatigue as well ! |

well I now have one. The micro is a ATSAME70N21 which is not bad spec. There is also a eval kit for the processor series which looks a good source of example circuit etc. The question now is, do I undertake the Harmony v3 learning curve , other option is atmel studio. I should have thought ahead. Once it connects up to an IDE there are example programs etc apparently. Errsh.. |
