Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I find that Polish passwords confuse most normal people. I really don't understand why other languages insist on using vowels in every word! The U. S. National Bureau of Standards suggests using the first letters of a sentence which is derived from your personal life. For me it might be "In 1947 I was injured when a Holstein heiffer pinched the third finger of my left hand between her chain and a fence post" which produces <I1IwiwaHhpttfomlhbhcaafp>. Don't bother trying ... I don't really use that one, but the system makes a lot of sense to me. Paul in NY. |

Lads, The really annoying thing is that often these sorts of `security' rules are for lame sites of little or no importance like a clothing shop or something. If its for Banking security then that's fine but otherwise what is the problem if someone can attack my clothing store account and see how many hankies I bought in the last year..???
