Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. What a kick it was to boot it up and start coding in good ol' BASIC! I do, however, keep reaching for the mouse that isn't there next to the keyboard. hehe. Got a rudimentary Gomoku game running. Played on a 19 x 19 board, the object is to play 5 markers in a row to win (but 6 in a row loses). So far it plays a pretty strong game, beating me about half the time. But it has a few bugs left to iron out, and the user interface is still kind of clunky with black and white text blasted over the top of my pretty graphics. Maybe by tomorrow I can iron out the problems and "release" it into the wild. |
