Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi
I'm running 5.05.06b4
Something that I've not noticed before - the UK keyboard settings seem to have got corrupted somehow --SHIFT-3 no longer produces £ but the # and the ~/# produces \ and |.
I have issued OPTION USBJEYBOARD UK and power cycled to no avail.
Have both a USB wired and wireless keyboard -- all worked fine before....
I assume it is OK to roll back a flash version?
Can other UK users confirm?

It never did. £ isn't an ascii character Try flashing again, preferably with an A-A USB cable - nothing has changed in the K/B handling

That will teach me to "assume" I saw something, when I didn't.
Did use A-A cable - but for completeness will flash again.
Getting old - would have swore it did £££ before --- but on inspection of all my code -- never needed it before.
So, as £ doesnt exist from 32 to 255 in ASCII what options do I have.
Sorry for being such hard work -- I can literally fell the eyes rolling

The #~ key should be correct - just loaded b4 and tested and it works for me.
To get a £ symbol you need to create a font which you can load.
