Good day to all. I wanted to ask if there is a software way to block the generation of the vga video signal. I try to explain myself better. I would like to leave cmm2 on waiting for an external event (radio signal, sensor, incoming alien transmission or other) with the monitor in sleep mode. When this event occurs, cmm2 restarts the video signal, the monitor exits the power saving state and reports the type of event. Something like VGA ON / VGA OFF or MODE 0 or if the only possible way is hardware by turning off the monitor. Sorry for my bad English. Thank you all. |

This is in the new beta Use PAGE DISPLAY -1 to turn the screen off and PAGE DISPLAY 0 to turn it back to the normal display (or other valid display page) See this thread Edited 2021-02-13 20:27 by matherp |

The alien transmission has arrived. It is humanly impossible to do what you do, I always knew you were one of them. Thanks again Peter |

My pet theory is Peter used to work for a big old lumbering company with lousy customer service, and vowed to be hyper-agile and responsive to his constituents in his private life. I also wonder what will finally earn Peter that fifth star in the TBS forum software :) Edited 2021-02-15 04:42 by RetroJoe Enjoy Every Sandwich / Joe P. |
