HI ,

unfortunately the RPI Pico isnt 5V tolerant .

what is the best solution for using all possible Pins with 5v  from pico.

i found a 8 channel on   ALI .

anyone something bigger/better/cheaper /different ?

I have used these  units to interface with 5v led strip lighting

I made my own from a common circuit on google. Works nicely and you can simply pick bits of it up and reproduce to do level-shifting on any width. Resistors are matched to whatever pull-up you want, 10K, 4K7 whatever...



That said, rtg boards are very cheap so if you can match the size I would go that way - I just wanted a very small 3-way shifter hence this board
