Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

hi jim,
have you tried Kitty with an MX170 and with OPTION COLOURCODE ON editing a program? that is the cruncher.

cheers,
rob   :-)

You have to set it up for white background as usual then all seems OK

A pity it's Windows only.
There is a kitty for Linux but very different beast.

Probably, TeraTerm does.

No help for RPi users.

so it doesn't work out-of-the-box, ie with a black background?

many folks would not consider a white background 'normal' or desirable.

The PicoMite problem seems to have been fixed for both GFXterm and PuTTY in V5.07.00a26; it looks like it is now using the same standard white/green/cyan/magenta palette as the CMM2.

Thanks for acting @matherp.

Best wishes,

Tom
