I purchased a 6-axis robotic arm a few days ago and controlled it to grab through a serial screen  and arduino uno.

Amazing.  In 1978-79, I used a PDP-11/45 to do this, for six three-axis limbs on a hexapod vehicle.  So, an Arduino Uno is at least as powerful as 1/3 of a PDP-11/45!
