I know this is probably a no
but just in case
Has anyone ever done a circuit layout for a CMM2 using either the STM32H743IIK6, STM32H743III6 or STM32H743IIH6 instead of the STM32H743IIT6?

They are the bga versions and JLPCB has lots in stock, whereas the STM32H743IIT6 is out of stock everywhere with months to wait before delivery of new stock

Have you checked from the chip specs (or anywhere else) that MMBasic will actually load and run on any of those?

AFAIK no, no-one has considered a different chip. It's a fair bit of work to lay out a BGA board for a chip that might not work. If you can confirm a working chip it might be worth considering though.

You're also depending on having the chip mounted by JLCPCB (BGA isn't really suitable for home assembly although some manage it). Have you checked the cost of having that done, bearing in mind that you are only interested in very small quantities (They may not quote for doing a single one)?

I must be looking at a different JLC
Stock levels are all zero when I just checked. Also zero at lcsc

ok, it changed since I looked but
the STM32H743IIK6 is in stock

Don't know what you are looking at but go direct to the JLC or LCSC websites and stock of ALL H743 is zero.

Nope - I can't find any stock of STM32H743* on JLCPCB either.
