Late last year I was reminded of a game I had played extensively on the TRS-80 Model I, Temple of Apshai. I started a project to port the original TRS-80 version to the CMM2. My goal was to recreate it as it originally appeared. (I did toy with the idea of porting say the Atari 800 version but I didn't know enough about that machine or its graphics.) I finished the port but never uploaded the code. Today I finally got around to putting the code on github. The biggest change I made was to include all the manual pages within the game so the original manual isn't needed. The original game used two programs, reserved memory, and a small machine code routine. It made for an interesting port. I noticed today there are still some bugs in the "INN" screens, but it should be quite playable. (I left the original typos in the game, seemed more authentic that way.) Please enjoy!
