Looks like LTDC display - but what are they? Good/bad/large/small/etc?

Same CPU as Portenta H7 but sadly not same CPU as CMM2.

Hopefully means ST are able to get CPUs again so maybe the ones for the CMM2 will also be available and not at vast price.
