For those wanting to reminisce, I just noticed Altronics Australia have the original Colour Maximite kit on sale for $89 (reduced from $125):

Looks like all stores currently have stock... no doubt these will be discontinued when current stock is exhausted.

The original Colour MaxiMite is a beautiful thing. It's a retro computer that's gone retro.
