Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Can someone help me with PLAY TONE values to give a click sound for a rotary encoder background sound on a picomite program?

For tick sounds you can use a DOUT and PULSE GPx,2 to deliver a tick to to the amp input via a small capacitor. The best value depends on the amp input impedance. Start with 100nF.
You may be able to avoid using a GPIO pin by connecting the capacitor directly to one of the rotary encoder outputs. Or perhaps use 2 caps. - one to each encoder pin.
