Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

It's been quite a while since I published anything. I have in fact been writing code in MMBasic all the time, but purely for my own amusement.

Anyway, here is an improved version of Tetris for the CMM2. New features:
-- now includes background music: the famous Russian folksong 'Korobeiniki', which is the standard Tetris music. You can press the 'P' key to toggle the music on or off.

-- the annoying delay after rows are cleared has been eliminated.

Enjoy!

Hi Bill,

I've tried your improved Tetris version for the CMM2 and I'm really impressed! The background music with ‘Korobeiniki’ fits perfectly and switching on and off with the ‘P’ key is a great idea. Also, removing the delay after clearing rows makes the game feel much smoother. Great work - thanks for sharing this with us! I really had fun playing it.

Best regards,
Manfred
