My brother bought this arcade game many years ago. It didn't work, the screen said something about a ROM checksum error. ![]() It sat at my place for a few years, then last year I decided to have a look. On fire up, the CRT board is working, but no signal from the game board. I did some research and initial testing, the data bus is silent, but I did find a clock pulse. The IC that kicks off the machine wasn't sending a reset at startup, it had a fault, so I tried a manual reset, but still no luck. I suggested to my brother we convert it to a multi game machine running a Pi arcade sort of set up, but he wasn't interested and just wanted to move it on. The board has been retrofitted into the cabinate at some time in its history, its a GX191, Lethal Enforcers game. Link to arcade circuits and stuff. ![]() The CRT board and screen, game board power supply all work. He wants $195 for it, hoping someone wants to take it on, either to fix or retrofit, maybe with a Pi or Mite :) . His name is Robin, facebook market place link - here. This is located near Toowoomba, Queensland, Aust. Its heavy. Really really heavy. Glenn Footnote added 2025-04-10 18:57 by Gizmo I need to add some code to the forum to let us rotate images. The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

Wow! If this was half a planet closer to me, I'd bite his hand off. That's a great deal. |
