Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Just testing com0com on W11.

Installed without issue and works really well

Could be useful for linking MMB4W to some other app or have multiple MMB4W apps communicating....Multitasking MMB4W?

Have used company for years.  It's a very handy tool for developing programs using serial ports.  Have used it to allow two programs to share data back and forth.  Use it to have Dos MMBasic connect to a terminal program using a virtual COM port.

There are those who report difficulties with W10/W11 but I just installed it and it ran without fuss and it's there after a reboot. Has it proven reliable for you?

OK so I got two SmallBASIC programs talking. Only taken it up to a ridiculous 60M BAUD and it hasn't complained

Not too long after I installed it on Win11 it stopped working. Then a few days later it was working again and continued to work until I was done with my program.   I have not needed to use it in quite some time.  The computer it isn't available to me... Will verify it's operation as soon as I can.
