could somebody pls explain about this connector ...thank you
technicians do it with least resistance

Whats to explain? This is the PIC programming port. In-Circuit Serial Programming™ (ICSP™).
Try Google "ICSP" for more info. Or ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/devicedoc/30277d.pdf
