Guys

I am guessing a pickit 3 programmer will do ICSP

I just need to map the programming pins to my PIC

16F628 16F877

Sure! I use it to programme blank PIC32s for the MM.

Do you have a pickit3?

Just connect the pins of the pickit3 to the pins on the pic with the same name and using MPLAB IDE or IPE should be a cinch.

You will probably need a 10K resistor from MCLR to +5v

If you need further info, just yell.
