Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

It produces executable code for Linux and Windows - no runtime thing...
The GNU/Liberty Basic Compiler Collection

Maybe "The Liberty Basic Guys" already know about this... anyway, I searched this forum to see if someone posted it already and found nothing. Apologies if I missed it.

It's a bit out of date and I don't think it works well for the latest versions of Liberty Basic.

The next version (V5) will have a native Linux version but I think it will be a while coming. V5 is currently in Alpha testing.

There is a compiler that does away with the runtime for Windows - LBB.

Yeah, personally (if is to be BASIC for me - but is not) I would bet on FreeBasic as a cross platform solution and true binary executables.

But BASIC fans knows better.
