Hi guys, As a 8bit PIC programmer using also C language, I always envied AVR people for having gcc adapted for their microcontrollers. Until I become one of them. Today I just found that someone modified gcc 4.8.0 to produce code for PIC16F877! Quite shocking for me. Unfortunately I don't use that PIC (I tried once and burned it instantly - never tried a second time). Here you can find the SVN link for the project - mainly for linux people - and here the README file with instructions.
