Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

No, sorry. At this time no version of MMBasic supports SPI slave.

I can see how it would be a good thing for the Micromite - similar to the I2C slave.

Hi Guys. First time poster long, time lurker.
I hope I'm posting in the right place/thread.
Like Plasma, I'm looking for a way to clock data into a micromite with an external clock.
I've tried using an interrupt in mmbasic but data stream is 128bits at 8300bps, and I'm loosing bits, and its not old age..

Has anyone a suggestion, or already done a cfunction for synchronous serial in?

Thankyou to Matherp for your C tutorial, I have MPLAB installed and compiled examples.. Yeh..
So far so go.. But I feel I will have a long learning curve with C.

There are probably many lurkers out there like me, and on behalf them I would like to thank Geoffg and everyone who has been contributing to this great forum. The Maximite/micromite has inspired me to revisit my early days in electronics as a Radio Tech and has given me many hours of happy tinkering.
