I'm not in the United States, but if you need the DIP, I would be happy to mail you a programmed one if you like.

Send me a PM if you wish to proceed - I have 10+ of those chips here(both DIL and SOIC), so could program a DIL for you if you like.

He DOES sell the MicroMite chip, but not the VT100 chip, from what I can see on his website. Perhaps he will add this chip to his list of items for sale....
