Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Looks like I will have to come to grips with eeprom programming, where to start?

Would like to use Linux but I do have one XP system left and can set up another in time.

I am not totally sure what I was thinking when I obtained this one:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/301154270971?ssPageName=STRK:MEWN X:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649

I downloaded the software, but since I do not speak/read Chinese I am having a small problem.

How will I be able to use this hardware?

Any suggestions?

Intended use reading/writing video card BIOS eeprom in Acer 7720G laptops

Thank you very much, have downloaded and had a quick look via ark, I think I will be able to figure out the install in Windows.
