Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

09/28/2014 Hi Geoff! CURSOR OFF / ON For a more detailed explanation of using: I use a Displayset only for displaying text. In this case, the cursor is simply annoying. Therefore I would like the cursor off. In VT52 mode, there are ESC [e = SHOW CURSOR ESC [f = HIDE CURSOR Is it provided by you to incorporate these commands at the earliest opportunity? With thanks |

ESC [f is used in VT100 mode for 'cursor home'. The only references I can find for hide/show cursor are VT52 mode ESC e and ESC f (That is without the '[' character.) I will try and test them on a 'real' DEC terminal I have but it won't be today. Jim PS The reference was in some Atari documentation http://toshyp.atari.org/en/VT_52_terminal.html#VT-52_20termi nal VK7JH MMedit MMBasic Help |
