Today's update should fix a problem caused by my earlier change which didn't release the serial port. The connection now automatically clears 20 seconds after closing the Chat and File windows (unless disconnected manually). This allows unplugging USB devices without drama. The port number is remembered and reconnection should happen automatically when required. There is a new button for disconnecting. Because it only appears when a connection is established, it also acts as a connection indicator. 
I have also reverted to an earlier version of the runtime exe so 'drag and drop' to the desktop shortcut works again.
