I designed a small 10 output Open Collector board and i used the BAT54C to act as a clamping(flyback) diode so that it would be easy to connect relays and small motors. Now i am having trouble finding the part in Thailand. The BAT54S is easy to find but it is wired differently in the SOT23 package. ![]() This is the board that has them. I would prefer another SOT23 package. ![]() Microblocks. Build with logic. |

Have a look at BAV70L. They are not hard to find here. David |

Thanks Crez and Mick. I paid 0.76TB for the bat54 before at 1000 qty. The BAV70 looks interesting, on paper better specs and even cheaper. Microblocks. Build with logic. |
