Thanks Grogster - (I should use the hyperlink I know) So... anyone soldered a 144-WFBGA package yet ?! Can that be done with solder paste and .. and .. (sob) and whats with the non MIPS ?! Lots of sram I see, but at 48 Mhz; I don't know if MPLABX will compile for it. Interesting. |
