Just had the thought back to the DOS/Win 3.1 days. 8 Meg processor, & 640k of RAM, 800x600 VGA. I had a piece of Mantlebrot software. (The name Chaos rings a bell). You'd leave it running for hour, even zoom in on the interesting parts. Has anyone writing something like that for the Micromite? Not very useful, but I recall watching it for hours. Cheers Phil. Edit:- Actually found the original software, source seems available too. Just won't run straight off under Win 64bit OS. |

Hi Phil, really Mantlebrot or Mandelbrot? Geoff has made a example for Micromites. Regards Michael EDIT "Mandel" is german and means "almond". Brot is german and means bread. ![]() causality ≠ correlation ≠ coincidence |

Ok Twofingers, I'm Pleading innocent on the grounds of TooManyFingers.... I did at least Google it right... Sort of thought I'd seen something, but a search couldn't find it. Thanks. |
