Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Hi there.

I can't remember if there was a driver ever written for this controller or not.

matherp?

EDIT: I know that the MM+ supports this controller natively, but can you get a loadable C-Function kind of driver to make this controller work on the 28-pin MM2 chip?Edited by Grogster 2017-04-13

Yes this is supported on the 28-pin MM via a CFunction driver.
The driver is in the Micromite firmware download.

The current version of the driver only supports 128x128 resolution. Shouldn't be difficult to change to 160x128 but won't work properly "out of the box"

@ Geoff - thanks. Crikey. How did I miss seeing that?!(rhetorical!)

@ matherp: You've been reading my other posts. IF I decide to use a 160x128 touch LCD from BuyDisplay, would you be able to change the driver to support that resolution then? No need to do it now, as I am still unsure if I am going to do it that way or not.....
