Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

In the MM+ manual on page 40 it says the I/O pins for the RTC can be set with the OPTION RTC command to define a private I2C interface. However when I try to set pins other than 67,66, I get "RTC not responding". Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to set I/O pins other than 67,66 with the RTC?
This is with the Explore 100 by the wayEdited by busa 2017-07-05

It works (last time I checked).

"RTC not responding" means just that. Do you have the connections right? Pullups in place? Battery in the RTC? Etc

Are you running the latest firmware? Versions earlier than 5.2 had a bug in the OPTION RTC command.
