Microsoft announced a change to the color scheme that is used in the Console. There seems to be a bit more than that. In your link above there is a link to more info on colours. I did some checking and this capability was recently introduced. For those people with a fully updated Win 10, MMBasic for DOS may be able to issue ANSI sequences that work. I haven't tested it so far as I don't run MMB for DOS. I may try in several days when I get back home. I recall that there was a recent thread which talked about cursor positioning etc. This may negate the need for this development unless you're still running backward versions of Windows. |
