If there are some wiz bang chemists out there or you have come up with a solution by accident, what is the best way of removing or minimalizing Ferric Chloride stains from containers and workbench?

I stopped using ferric chloride years ago because of this very problem - it permanently stains anything you get it on, so I moved over to Ammonium Persulphate. Now I get even prototype boards made in China to save me having to deal with the mess etching at home produces.

As to how you get the stains out, that may not be possible. Certainly interested in anyone who knows though, as I still have some old clothes that are stained with this stuff, but no amount of washing or solvents ever moved them.
Smoke makes things work. When the smoke gets out, it stops!
