Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

I am doing a 7phase conversion on my 42 pole, but am going to have some 36poles left. Is there a wiring combo that makes the 36 work with the other mag hub?Don't you think Free/Renewable energy should be mandatory in new buildings?

one of the smart cookies might be able to come up with something, my tip strip them for SCRAP.
no offense to the guys from the USA using the 60S from Randys workshop as the postage is prohibitive at $160 each.. from me but unless you have a VAWT and need low running speed voltage, I think the 80S is a more flexible piece of kit,
spectacularly time consuming rewiring the 36S as 12X1C for the lower voltages , add delta to the mix and you'd be an old man by the time you were done.
Your 7phase should work well at 24V and can be less expensive than the cap voltage doubler.....that said you would need some experimenting and more caps to do a doubler for 7phases instead of three.
