Looking good, I think you will need to plate the inside of the blades where the nuts of the bolts are or the blades will get ripped off the stator.
Many underestimate the power of the wind and the loadings applied to the mill.
lol funny you should mention that we got up on the shed roof with it in light wind with a few gusts nearly got lifted off so its in the shed getting reinforcements now will post some pics when i get it finishedIf it ain't broke don't fix it
