Yeah I learned a bunch. I cut out and welded up three 1/4 steel stiff backs that take the load off of the coupling. I then used them to attached the guy wires so far so good. My mill has now been flying about 9 months since the last time I lower the tower to do any adjustments. Shes been flying through some good storms and is still going strong. Of course now that I've said something, naaaa all is well.
