Been a long time coming, but now have 2 new hub designs. Specifically designed for the PVC extrusion blades with a round shaft to the hub. Shaft diameter is 25mm. Centre is splined to suit the F&P shaft. Of course this could have a bore hole with keyway if someone wanted it that way. Pricing in Foundry & Fibreglass Trev @ drivebynature.com |

It has been a while but here is the 3 blade hub with F/glass composite blades and cone. Don't hold your breath, one day I will put a set of these up and see how they go. Trev @ drivebynature.com |

Very neat Trev ![]() May I make a suggestion? Round the shaft exit hole off a little so there is no hard spot between the clamping of the hub plates and the shaft tube. And my curious side wants to know by what method you broach the spline flutes? Klaus |

Tinker, I use the mill to cut the spline. Trev @ drivebynature.com |
