How would this grid tie unit go on a jaycar chinese 300watt mill? mill is 24v output

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/300W-GRID-TIE-POWER-INVERTER-solar-pa nel-wind-turbine_W0QQitemZ300348621786QQcmdZViewItemQQptZAU_ Boat_Parts_Accessories?hash=item45ee2c43da

i`m converned about "sync" times before it outputs power back to the grid as the mill output is very eratic

also, would my 3.6kw fronius get unhappy about some other device trying to sync to the mains?
as in see the other smaller grid tie unit playing on the mains and not be able to sync or worse... smoke??

Cheers,
Richard

The chines mill will smoke it is the general consensus here.

You will need some form of overvoltage protection.
