just wanted toknow if i can sell extra power from wind mill back to the power company i live in michigan
and how much do they pay for it when they buy it if any one knows please helpme out

Generally yes. There are some intricacies involved and it is not for the faint of heart. If you have a big turbine 20 kW+ it starts to make sense.
Barring local policies/tariffs you can sell back at the rate you buy it at. Probably 9 cents a kWhr or so.
