I've been thinking about wind power for some time and have 5 F&Ps of which some have been modified, but, after reading these forums over and over, I now think that my best option is to have a commercially supplied PV system and in addition build a radial flux HAWT, could I then connect the mill to the inverter supplied with the PV system? The Italian member Spitsfire looks to me fairly well thought out and I would like to build a similar one. What do other members think?

he has done a nice job of setting up his system, with a nice bit of info on how it all works
