Hi
With your help my set up is getting better my first go but slowly getting my head round it still awaiting a charge controller.
I have concerns that I may blow the bats with to much voltage waiting for the
controller runs up to about 25 – 30 volts no lode hope its ok for a 12 setup.

Are the bats in your ceiling? If you mean you are running 12 volt batteries configured as a 12V system then 25-30 volts is not OK, if your 12V batteries are configured series parallel for 24V the that voltage is OK.
