I thought this was interesting, it's a teams efforts to improve on their wind powered car. They have achieved a down wind speed thats faster than the wind, you figure it out

I bet the gyroscopic forces at the top of that high pylon would make turning the vehicle at any speed a real sphincter tightening event.

Hehehehe,
I can just see one of those wind powered cars going down a SA road and a speed camera taking a pic. The fine would still apply no matter what was explained and 2 years later the same fine sent out with no recourse .....
