would it be better to construct a tilt or see saw tower for maintence
then I would not have to hire a cherry picker
maintence is not always clearly stated

Tom you need to slow down with these posts.

Yes a tilt tower of some sort is best for maintenance. No I don't have any plans, I suggest you consult an engineer or find a commercial tower you can buy or copy
