You must know that here circulate around the world an e-mail which my wife liked it very much and published it on her blog:

"Bravo Australia"

It is true what it says in e-mail or, it is about that prime minister? It seems to be about John Howard?

I am sure that the vast majority of Australians agree with the statements but I very much doubt any politican from Australia has the back bone to state something like that, especially Rudd (he came after Howard).

It was sad to hear that hospitals no longer are allowed to show Christmas nativity scenes for fear of offending non-Christians. Political correctness gone mad!
Taxation as a means of achieving prosperity is like a man standing inside a bucket trying to lift himself up.

Hi Dom

I am offended by women walking around in a black tent as are most of the people I talk to, but nothing has been done about that.

Last year I went to a bank branch in the city wearing my old hat, and was asked to remove it as it was a security issue, at the same time there was a woman in the bank wearing a black tent with a peep hole in the front and nothing was said to her.

Next time I go I might try a black tent and see what happens, my boots may give me away.

The worlds going crazy I think.

All the best

I hope no one minds but I might close this thread. I myself do agree with the comments, but these sorts of discussions tend to get out of hand.
