In response to a members attempts to wash and dry clothes in an RV ,might I suggest converting the area used as a shower recess into a dual purpose shower/drying cabinet.A drying cabinet popular in the 1970's/80's is a steel cabinet approx 2'x2'x6' with a full length door on front and rails inside to hang clothes on to dry,A mains powered barrel fan and heater (basicaly a fan heater)drew fresh air in at the base and heated the air and it was forced out thru a vent hole at the top drying the hung clothes.(in an RV the air should vent directly outside)I should add...1) The shower will have to be retrofitted to a heat proof material as materials such as vac formed acrylic will just scrunch up into a blob if expossed to too much heat,2)ALWAYS make sure your heating unit and mains power is removed and separate from the shower when showering.......as tempting as it will be to enjoy a fan heated shower heee heee!,anyway be safe and hope this may help someone out there, cheers,Barry.

Hi barry

These cabinets are really good for dehydrating fruit as well. Cheap fruit in season can be dried and kept for munchies in the off months.

All the best

We had one of those drying cabinets when I was a kid.
Towels came out like cardboard :(
The local experimental farm uses one of them as a seed dryer.
