I thought I'd share my building of the charge controller.  So far I've made the main board.  I just have the high current switching section and the current sensor to do, and a small pcb for the LCD module.

Hopefully it won't be long before I can wire it all up for a test run.

The PCB was made on my homemade CNC machine.
