Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

Have a pcb designed for V1 dead-time inserter using either a Si8234AB-D-IS1 or with a link change to use the Si8230BB-D-IS1. These chips have a variable DT 50 - 600 nSec, idea being to adjust using RV1, then measure its value and substitute a fixed resistor by joining link Rdt.
The 0v rails are split into control_0v and Pwr_0v with solder blob to create a star earth.

Board size is 40 x 42mm, with a 10pin rtA pcb connector to plug into the CPU board.
Have made it so each module handles a single PWM input, so 2 required for the 20K SPWM and 50Hz signals.

None of these chips used are available in thru hole, sorry.

Will alter the schematic to match and start on V2 using the LM5106 with matching pinout, then place 2 x 2 designs on a single 1.0mm thick 100 x 100 pcb, so can be cut out using tinsnips.

Cheers

Now for version 2 using the LM5106, pin spacing 0.5mm Fun!
Pcb has less components and a change of colour.

Now to combine the two

Combined onto single pcb 1.2mm thick, cut up with tinsnips.

Will correct the schematics, so the part numbers match and fix incorrect diodes.
