what do we make of this?

was on a current affair the other night, I'm thinking i barely circulate the water as is so cant see any benefit for myself.

At $1300 i'm thinking its a Variable frequency drive unit of sorts, but I dont know how in changes the Power factor (nor did i think it mattered as you pay for Pf=1 anyway) or at least thats how I understood it.

IF its as good as it says, can i get three for use on a three phase irrigation pump?
