Hi all, I’m building a water fuel cell, based on Stan Meyer’s patent. The electronics require a BUZ350 MOSFET or any MOSFET that is 200volt/20amp/ n - channel I’m finding it hard getting this component and have been told not to vary the specifications. Does anyone in Australia know where to get them or if another will will work. NB |

Have you tried WES components www.wescomponents.com? They have a good range of power mosfets and usually deliver next day. Glenn The best time to plant a tree was twenty years ago, the second best time is right now. JAQ |

hi NB, you may try a 20N20. This is 20A @ 200V N channel. Gordon. become more energy aware |

Picking any MOSFET capable of >= 200V and 20A constitutes a variation of the specification according to your plans. In reality, it makes no difference to water electrolysis anyway. Bigger the better. It should work ...in theory |
