I was hoping for twin core 10mm2.
prices i've found so far prohibitive.
Happy to join smaller lengths to make the run or do two runs in 6mm2
looking to spend about $100....

Hi Karlj,
How much do you need and what for?
One source for heavy twin core is to look at the cable used in garden low voltage lighting systems as i use to buy 100 m rolls of 6mm and the odd 10mm some years ago and the lighting cable was priced differently than mains cable. Duno why.
There is various suppliers for it but been to long to offer advice on where now.
I know the electrical outlets use to stock it but better prices were had by irrigation and landscape suppliers. Helps if you know someone in that sort of trade, or when you call ask for a trade price on it as there is no certificate needed for low voltage wiring.
BUllshi? you way through a bit.
Good luck Pete.Sometimes it just works
